This is what I usually find when I open someone's account.

Three websites that aren't yours, leftover from a snapshot loaded two years ago. Workflows that fail when triggered because the calendar they reference doesn't exist anymore. A WhatsApp subscription you're paying $20 a month for that was never actually connected. Two hundred and thirty-nine contacts parked in a pipeline stage at zero value, going nowhere. Tags with no naming convention. Products marked as physical when they're digital. Email templates that don't exist, so every workflow email is quick-compose and unbranded.

What's actually in the report.

A real document, not a Loom video. Roughly five pages, specific, numbered, actionable.

Overview. What your account contains, by the numbers.
What we found. Area by area: funnels, workflows, pipelines, products, courses, tags, email, calendars, integrations.
What's working. The parts that don't need touching.
What's not working. Split into broken, missing, stale, and snapshot leftovers.
Full audit checklist. Every item assessed with status and notes.
Action plan. Prioritised: quick wins, high, medium, cleanup.

You can hand it to anyone - me, another freelancer, your existing agency, or action it yourself.

What you get: The full audit and report, plus an optional 30-minute walkthrough call.
Delivery: Five to seven working days.

Reset

You know it's broken. You want it fixed.

You don't have time to action the report yourself. You want someone competent to just do it, without making you project-manage them.

What you get: Everything in the Health Check, plus implementation of the priority actions - up to ten hours of work, scoped from the action plan.
Delivery: Fourteen to twenty-one working days.

If your account turns out to need more than ten hours of fixes, anything beyond is quoted separately before any work is done. No surprise invoices.

Engine - your masterclass funnel, built once

You've got a masterclass that converts. Rebuilding it every month is the problem.

Engine is the whole funnel, built properly in your account. Signup page, thank you page, replay page. Reminder emails before. Follow-up after. Set up so the masterclass link, date, time and calendar link all live in one place, not fourteen.

We start with the sequence, not the software. How many reminders, when the replay expires, what happens to the people who register and don't turn up. Then I build it.

Next month you duplicate it and run it again.

Q&A

Yes. Engine is built inside your existing account, so it stays yours and you're not renting a funnel from me. If you're on something else, ask - I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

Then this isn't the right first purchase. Engine assumes you've got a masterclass that converts and an audience to invite. If you're earlier than that, start with a Health Check.

Two to three weeks from our first call, depending on how quickly copy and assets come back from you. The build itself is faster than the decisions.

Your slides, your offer, and your masterclass recording setup. I'll write the automation copy and structure the sequence. If you want the emails in your voice rather than mine, send me anything you've written before.

That's the point. Handover includes a walkthrough recording and a written duplication checklist, so next month you clone it, change four fields and go. If you'd rather I ran it each month, that's a separate conversation.

Ads, landing page design from scratch, your masterclass content, and running the sessions. Engine is the machinery around the masterclass, not the masterclass.

Why me.

I'm Emma. I've been running marketing automation for fifteen years and HighLevel for the last three. I'm based in the south of France, working with clients across the UK and EU. I'm a HighLevel operator, not a HighLevel reseller - I don't have a SaaS account I'm trying to upsell you onto. I just fix what's broken.

I work on one sub-account at a time. I don't take on more than three audits a week. If the slot is full, I'll tell you and put you on a waiting list.

07 - FAQ

Common questions.

Admin access to your HighLevel sub-account. I'll send you instructions when you book. If your sub-account is managed by another agency, I'll need them to grant me access - I can write the email for you.

That's the whole point. If it turns out to need more than ten hours of fixes during a Reset, I'll quote the extra separately before doing the work. You won't get a surprise invoice.

No. The whole point of the offer is that you don't have to manage me. The only call is the 30-minute walkthrough at the end, and that's optional.

If your account is in decent shape and what you actually need is more people coming into it, I run a monthly masterclass funnel called Engine — you do 45 minutes live once a month, I build and run everything around it. Details here.

HighLevel and Systeme.io. That's it. I don't audit Kajabi, Kartra, ClickFunnels, or anything else.

The Health Check is non-refundable once the audit is delivered. If you're unhappy with the report, I'll spend up to an hour on a call with you to work through it. The Reset has the same policy on the audit portion; the implementation portion is refundable pro-rata for hours not yet worked.
